Bench Work

Here are some photos of the work-in-progress on the bench. I'll be adding more as it work continues.

Here are the slabs, as delivered.
They were cut from the same piece, so color and texture match.

Another, slightly different angle.
The narrower piece will be the seat. It is 15 1/2" deep by 92" wide.

These pieces are 4" thick, and very heavy.
The wider piece, on the left, is the back. It is 24" tall by 85" wide.

Here is the back after being place on the work bench.

Measuring the stone for placement of the lettering.

Looking down at the slab that will be the back of the bench.
